Who Should I Hire?
Journey to
Higher Ground
It’s our choice to
make, but either we trust in our own strength or we can journey to higher
ground and come unto Christ. As an entrepreneur, we may be tempted to go with
the first option, but the consequences of the second choice are of eternal
worth and far outweigh our other options. When we put trust in our own
strength, we are limiting the possibilities of success. We are imperfect human
beings, and as such, we are destined to make mistakes. If we seek higher ground
in Christ, we will be strengthened to make it through those mistakes that we
make. We can even receive help with the weaknesses that we struggle with. The
point is to put God first, and trust that everything else will work out
according to God’s will.
Who to Hire
Hire infected people.
To be infected implies that the individual loves the product or service. They
will ignore what’s irrelevant, they are better or more talented that you are,
and they attract your attention immediately.
Hiring the
Right People
The people that you
hire should have raw intelligence. This is someone who can adapt and learn
quicker than others. Who that person is should also be someone who aligns with
what your company needs. They don’t have to be the perfect salesperson, but
they should have a desire to better your company with the talents and skills
that they have.
